I live in the UK and I am finding it impossible to find a source of liquid magnesium chloride. I think that magnesium deficiency is one of my major problems and I am trying to rectify it through Epsom Salt baths. I saw some thing called magnesium malate advertised and I wondered whether anybody had heard of this and whether it is an easily absorbed form of magnesium.
