sorry...just have to vent. i am so sick of my joints crunching all day long. especially my shoulder blades. they pop constantly but do not hurt at all.

i believe this is due to inflammation in my entire body. but i was wondering if there is anything i can do to reduce this. i was taking glucosamine for awhile. at times i thought it may be helping but i am not really sure. maybe i should start up again.

this is my one symptom i can never get rid of and it is extremely frustrating!!!
