ACV enemas are just fantastic in that aspect, they reach higher up in the intestine. However, you have used A LOT of ACV. one spoonful is plenty. This is alright, you had great result, but be aware, the bowels do not have many pain sensors and ACV can be irritating for the bowels.... as soon as you feel a bit of pain there STOP ACV enemas and go for probiotics or coffee enemas. Salt water enemas are tricky, sometimes candida sufferer are so sodium deficient that the body absorbs it all and the enema is not successful. This does not seem to be an issue in your case.

At this point you want to suppl. seriously in probiotics to further help n kick candida out as well as in biotin, so the new candida will not be able to grab the intestinal wall. Probiotics we swallow get partly digested in our stomach here is how to avoid it:
