I've read a lot about eyes problem, mainly myopia.

Some people believe that myopia is curable.

My personal conclusion is that myopia is the result of near-work, plus a combination of factors that make the eyes more sensible to the near-work effect such as nutrient deficiencies (zinc is often mentioned) and high oxidative stress during the development of the eyes.



Maybe it's the presence of certain metabolites present in the sauerkraut, or maybe it temporarily get rids of some bad bacterias and candida, so it spares you from their damaging metabolites.

Certainly the best alternative to yogurt, I think the bacterias in it are quite similar to those in yogurt.
