You know what , it makes sense to me. MAny of us are on diets for ions and get nowhere. Yet if we allow the perfect environment for yeast we may never get rid of it. Even a doctor I went to go see said I was acidic from looking at blood work results. Did not know what he mean thtne , but now I do. And trying to alkanize oneself is really not that big a deal as rlm79. Simply adjust amounts etc. I will eat much more raw foods is all.
