i had this in the first month of my diet as well. i made a veggie soup with tons of cabbage in it...i was eating it daily for about a week or so and man oh man was i toxic. i had horrible stinky gas and was pooping out diarrhea that was heavy like clay and sank right to the bottom of the toilet. it was awful so i stopped the soup and it went away so i thought the soup was the cause. well it turns out it was just my intial detoxing and die off since i was at the beginning of the diet. i have since made the soup probably two or three times and have not had the same reaction. i think you may be experiencing some die off since you have really just started the diet. maybe you don't do well with caprylic acid? i can't take that stuff...it makes me feel like crap. try stopping that and trying a different antifungal. maybe that will help!
