My case is too severe to stop my regular supplements. Now if I start noticing a huge difference within a week, then I'll back off my usual stuff and see if it makes a difference. I am going to stop the boric acid suppositories when I start the veggies though, to see if that makes a difference. As others have posted, I think it just makes you alkaline and if that is the case, then if anything, it would make the stuff I"m taking now work the way it's supposed to.
