I have a very good book on Candida, which I follow. It says about cheese: Just occassionally as a treat and if than feta cheese or ricotta. but not to much, it can clogg your colon. About bacon: sorry, donīt know - would be curious, too. Butter: is ok, but just unsulted.
but just check how you react to it. If you get dizzy or s.th. 20 min. after eating it, skip it for a week ore more and try again.
