On the Candida diet, can I have Nitrate free bacon? My food coach said it was ok, but now I'm not sure. Also, online everyone has a different opinion on cheeses and butter. Most say butter is ok, so I've been using organic butter in small amounts, and some say that certain kinds of cheese like Jack cheese are ok? Does anyone know the real answer? Very frustrated. Thanks.
