How did you get your gluten intolerance diagnosis? Or did you just figure it out thru your elimination process? My Dr. wants me to start seeing a specialist for further testing, we just found the Celiac diagnosis thru bloodwork I had done to rule out some serious conditions. So far I haven't and not sure if I will waste my time with a Gastro specialist.
