Have no fear. It does travel in the blood all the time. Mostly the anaerobes and the immature ones. They have protective antigens which allows them to travel with temporary protection. The sites it affects have immune-friendly cells which are being controlled by peptides originating in the brain. The candida is careful not to distrupt too much at the tissue sites for fear of attracting NK cells which are being impeded but not disabled.
