i had all of the above: leaky gut, food allergies , digestive problems, constipation alternating with diarrhea, i itched when i pee'd, i itched when i had a bowel movement - and i also itched vaginally.

at first i didn't realize i had food allergies ....
it started with just a runny nose after i ate, then progressed to sneezing when i ate certain foods but continued to a point where i sneezed no matter what i ate!

the veggies cleared up almost all of the above - all the itch, all the sneezing - i can eat anything - and the constipation etc. is greatly improved.

so, yes, i think it may help to alkalize with these veggies.
