What a great answer you've had from rlm.

I would simply add that using probiotics in your enemas is fantastic. When you take them orallly most of them get digested. In your enema (alternating with ACV) you will have them kick candida out of your bowels, as they compete for space. Just use a spoonful of whateve probiotic you are using orally in your enema solution. I like to do a half enema ACV and the second half : probiotics.

THe more agresssive you will be with the cleanses- bowel, liver, kidneys, the faster you will heal.
