i understand your frustration -

i tried over one hundred products until i realized that i was reacting postively to some the ingredients in them and negatively to the others.

it took all this time to sort out what did what to me. but, over 6 years i have discovered that i need to alkalize, add vegetables and minerals - and nothing else - or it will cause either urinary, vaginal or anal itch - or all of the above.

this supplement is veggies only - they alkalize, contain minerals, and only natural enzymes.

the only other thing that i feel safe to add at some later point might be a food containing a probiotic -but not a supplement that someone has added a whole pile of addtional stuff to.......

p.s. perhaps these veggies caps are more concentrated than eating the foods separately - and that is why you are not getting the same results with just the food.
and, then again, perhaps you are mixing in other supplements that contain items that you personally do not get along with - and are not aware of. this is what i was doing for 6 yrs....
