hard for me to believe to, but, this supplement helped every health problem that i have.... so, i do think that if would help ibs too.

and, the reason i think that some people don't get well is because most of the supplements contain several ingredients - and some of them aggravate the problem.

for instance, any time i use a supplement with added enzymes - i experience itching after i urinate. anytime i use a supplement with magnesium i itch after having a bowel movement.

so, i would suggest using this product alone.

it wasn't until i used this supplement containing only one type of food (veggies) did i note real sustained progress.

plus, don't write off this supplement just because it is simple - these veggies are alkalizing, contain minerals and natural enzymes. that's actually quite a bit of power.
