hi,

i am still taking the veggie supplement - but, i stopped itching within 4 days!
(previously, i was itching all the way from front to back - and in between.)

the instructions are to take 2 with each meal. but, i found that i only needed 3 in the entire day.

and, now (3 weeks later), i don't even need 3 - i am down to 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch. (i don't find that i need 1 with dinner - and if i do take that 1 i have some heartburn at night - so i have stuck to the 2 early in the day.)
