I have had very severe and chronic candida since 2003 and I've been tackling it now since the beginning of August. In mid October I started doing ACV enemas and every day I pass an enormous quantity of candida. I just want to know how long it is going to take before I make an impact on the candida inside me and begin to feel better. Is it just regrowing as fast as I get rid of it and what can I do to stop that. I do stick pretty well to the anti-candida diet and I take a lot of olive oil, acv and biotin. Is there anything else I can do to stop the fungus growing inside me?
