Thankyou very much to you both for replying.

Thanks for the zinc suggestion Jhan, I take a multi vitamin which gives me 20mg of zinc a day. It also gives me 200mg of vitamin E. I take a product called 'eye q', it has natural vitamin E 3.6 mg in it, I take 2 capsules of that a day.

Is this enough or should I be taking more?

I'm also struggling with what to wash my area down below with (vulva etc)!! I am so sensitive there, but I really need a soap or something otherwise I don't feel 'clean' enough! I've had many yeast infections in the past due to the candida, and I had bacterial vaginosis (sp?) in the past too. I had that from douching. Everything seems ok down there now, I've had no infections recently. Is there anything you could suggest for cleaning the area without causing irritation?
