thank you so much! i haven't tried any types of grains yet to see how i do with them so i should probably do that first. i don't eat rice or bread or any of that stuff. i haven't even tried quinoa or milet or spelt or anything that we are supposed to be able to eat. i think i will do that and then try this recipe! sounds awesome!!!
