I've got these rashes some 5 months ago and it took me 3 weeks to shed it off. Last 2 months, I got these itches all around me. Have vistited two docs, 4 times. They told me it was allergy and there's nothing much they could do. The itch came back and I was in extreme tireness after I completed the course of steoroid. I am free from medication some two weeks ago.

Right now the itch has subsided but I still feel lethargy. I am very tempted to try out the liver cleanse which claims to be very effective.

This forum is very encouraging and I am tempted to try it out.
My only worry is the adverse effects which I read and that it might happen to me.

Should I or should I not go ahead with the cleanse?
Pls shed some lights, I look forward to hear any advice.
