I am in UK and use Stevia. I order in from USA via ebay. It last for ages so 2 packs will keep me going for many months. I bake with it (buckwheat ginger biscuits) and it works well. Yes there is a slight aftertaste to cope with but you become used to this and it dissapears. Its basically a joy to be able to have a sweetener that you can use. I think stevia is actually beneficial to health.
