it actually can kill the healthy bacteria in your colon that helps you digest and keep the yeast in your intestine at bay. i myself can not take it. i just throw it back up. and cipro...forget about it. i throw that one back up really hard..it actually hurts. i would rather just be sick two weeks instead of three days and just get over it naturally through diet and herbal remedies. i find i get sick less often when i let my body fight stuff off by itself.
