I think it's the aspect that the chlorine kills your good flora, but saying that- I am sure someone will chime in soon with explanations of all sorts of horrifying effects! lol :-) Just kidding- of course, I realize chemicals are unsafe.
Yeah, it's soooo hard to know what to do sometimes. I've been struggling with that every day for three years now.
Good luck with your new workout program. As a matter of fact, I just started trying again myself. I'm having a tough time of it, and have been missing a lot of days, but I really enjoy going with my husband and 20 year old son. It's nice to see them so interested in fitness. Now if only I could get them bowel cleansing and eating healthy! He he :-)
By the way, you mentioned thinking you had Lyme? You don't do you? I hope not. From hearing others stories it can be a horrific thing to deal with ( as if the candida isn't bad enough! )
