My son is suffering from eczema and we thought it was allergies. Now with it progressing and not seeing signs of improvement, I have realized that I must have passed candida to him. I myself had candida before cleaning out right before giving birth, but I did not realize that I must have relapsed. I started juicing and noticed that I was detoxing. Yikes.

I am feeding him and myself coconut oil. I am going to make coconut kefir tonight and a batch of cultured vegetables. Does anyone else have any suggestions for what I should give directly to him or through me?
