Does it have to be fresh from a plant or can it be store bought? I drank about two ounces straight last night for the first time (store bought with no additives or preservatives or anthraquinone in it) and I am going to continue at two ounces for the first week - then up it to 4 ounces daily as long as everything is going well. thanks.
