Yes, heavy metal detox is a gradual process and can take up to a couple years for the system to fully remove them;
Hopefully you had the teeth properly removed as to not develop any cavitations as these can be even more trouble than having the root canal there.

It also seems that you might be very deficient in magnesium
(tmj, muscle twiching are typically signs of this)
