hi there

what brand/form of papaya enzymes and probiotics do you/ did you take?

i've tried so many and i know not all are as good as others.
i take a mega multi enzyme and always percieved papain as something too weak to be truly effective for strong ailments, but maybe it's worth another shot. if i can simplify and find what works i will be so happy.
