ok thanks for that info. I bought georges "always active" aloe. it says 100 percent aloe vera - fractionally distilled liquid from aloe vera leaves. no preservatives or additives and it is anthraquinone free (so i guess it won't give me the runs!!!)

I am gonna try it out and see how it goes! thanks!
