It didn't take long for it to start working. I inserted a boric capsule every morning and night for about a week. I started feeling relief after the 2nd day. After using for a week, the yeast infection was gone, but this was back before I really understood what candida was, so they kept coming back.

Rotation would probably be good,kind of like someone might do with taking anti-fungals, so the yeast doesn't become immune to one method.
