Yes: thank goodness for herbal teas.

I will cut the Sugar and coffee and then I know the rest will be a breeze. I agree.

P.S. I live in Long Island now and the water tastes positively horrible. I used to live in Manhattan and the water never tasted as metallic as this. Anyone have water ideas? I heard Reverse Osmosis is the best filtration system but isn't it expensive? Also, can anyone recommend a decent mineral supplement? It seems like no company has devoted the time to make a really good mineral supplement. I'm starting to buy bottled water as it tastes a million times better and therefor I am more likely to stay hydrated.

Oh, and regarding L Acidophilus....

I would really appreciate a detailed account of insertable experiences.
