To fix my Candida problem I had to quit all sugar, dairy, yeast and alcohol. And I took Diflucan for over 2 months. Years later the problem came back because I decided Sugar was ok again. I'm back on the Diflucan (my Environmental Medicine Dr. has some people that have been on it for 5 years). One benefit is that it quiets the Sugar cravings.
