try Jerusalem Artichokes , it works very good, I eat it daily, I don't have any problem since then, before I had all kind of symptoms, I have started to eat 10 days ego, since than I can eat everything, my digesting system work very well, no more migrens, as long as i eat Jerusalem Artichokes daily. I tried everything, every diet untill I found out Jerusalem Artichokes . hopefully it works for you too..
