I personally believe you cannot eliminate candida while putting lots of fiber
inside of you. Candida can feed on fiber as it is a carbohydrate.
I think you are out of luck unless you eat very minimally of fruits and vegetables.

I am eatting a diet with LOTS of grass-fed butter, meat, egg yolks, and also some coconut cream (my only fiber). When I eat lots of butter, my trouble breathing
is greatly reduced and I feel much happier. I take a few supplements including
cod liver oil.

Even though I have gained some weight by eating butter whenever I want to feel
good, I have also noticed an increase in muscle.
