I am trying to follow the candida diet and am having so much trouble. I'm a vegan so no meat, fish, fowl or dairy. Basically for days all I'm eating is mostly green vegetables, some beans and some starchy veggies. I have always eaten alot of fruit and breads. I feel lost and so upset. Any ideas for me? This way of eating is almost as bad as the candiasis itself. Thanks so much.
