My family is just beyond themselves with fear for me. I just can't figure out why I cannot maintain my weight. What are some of the things you guys are doing to maintain your weight on this diet? It's just all so overwhelming and I don't want to put my health at further risk for other seriuos medical conditions. I'm waiting for a call back from a nutritionist that will hopefully help me gain some of my weight back. This is extremely worrisome to me and I feel some horrible Depression coming on. It doesn't help that my husband of 15 years died last year and I just bought a home for me and my 5 yr old son, we are supposed to be packing and moving within the next few months.
