I've been diagnosed with candida and need help with my diet. My GP really doesn't understand how I can eat a vegan (vegetarian, no dairy) diet and have success. He thinks my starch based diet caused this problem in the first place. Anyone else a vegan? What do you eat? Thanks in advance! Joy
