Stanna, I'm sure Deb will answer this but I just wanted to say if you're going through any sort of chelation, adrenal support is v imp. Sometimes they are so whacked just taking vits and mins isn't enough and you can end up in a worse state. So glandulars and or herbs or things like cortisone can help a great deal whilst chelating. You taper off when you come off them.
