Hi Deb! I'm so glad to hear you feel as if you're moving in the right direction:-). I'm curious though why the medical institute is giving you cortisol injections instead of trying first to regulate your adrenals through diet ( vitamins and minerals )? It seems like you're doing an awful lot at one time.
