Well, I've never had any dandruff in my life untill I started the diet and antifungals (mainly coconut oil, I've been eating garlic a lot - I just love it!). So I assume, it is a die-off, at least for me.

I god fed up and started massaging the scalp with some herbal tincture, I also massage it after, when I use the shampoo - it smells nice but problem is the same, or even worse. Hopefully, It's a good sign. I just wish I know how long it's going to last... :)
