Thanks Alex. Thats such good advice and I really appreciate it. I cannot do enemas or colonics because they just stir up soooo much toxicity within my body I cannot cope. I end up spending weeks in bed after doing them (I have CFS). Even just taking probiotics makes even MORE of my hair fall out and I cannot understand for the life of me why Epsom Salts baths stir up so much toxicity/die-off. I do take Milk Thistle and some amino acids for my liver and drink dandelion root coffee - but those other suggestions you made sound good. Have you any idea Alex why Epsom Salts baths would cause a die-off reaction and cause more hair loss? Many thanks again for all your advice
