Hi : ))
Yes, I believe the o/o and lemon juice would be helpful depending on the stage of cleansing you are in. Milk thistle, dandelion root, burdocck root are also very beneficial herbs...there are others. I have used them all...each have aided my liver health.
Healthy oils are also necessary such as flax, coconut oil, borage etc. Please keep in mind that the oils currently located in your liver could be very toxic therefore (as I previously mentioned)could "hurt" your intestinal tract when it is dumped from your liver. Sooooooooooo, watch for any digestive burning sensation following the ingestion of any liver aiding herb. IMO, a toxic liver has to be dredged one way or the other.....for those with very toxic bile, they must proceed carefully. ALSO, they must take herbs that will "soothe" the gastrointestinal/digestive tract. I have found marshmellow root to be an excellent soother.
Please let me know if you have further questions. I sometimes do not respond immediately, but I will eventually : ))
If I am recovering, I firmly believe anyone can : ))
Take Care,
Alex
