Yes, I am well aware of this. I'm wondering about the interrelationship of minerals, one to another, and how taking too much of one can cause the requirement for another to increase. Although we need more of certain minerals as most of us are aware, it doesn'tnecessarily mean we can absorb them. By not absorbing them, they just float around and can cause other symptoms, such as diahrrea from Mg.
This all makes me wonder... If you have malabsorbtion, then why does less than a normal amount give you diahrreah? This would suggest that your cells get super saturated very quickly from a small amount, the opposite of malabsorbtion. There is a whacky mechanism in all us candida folks.
