Thank you for your very informative posts. And I'm glad that Michelle has found the wonderful neurological benefits of adding Mg to one's supplements. Thank you both for all the info. I always knew how important Mg was, but never took the time to research it. I'm never w/o my minerals, especially Mg. I swear by it!
