Did not think it was an attack, I just thought maybe a few misunderstood what I was trying to point out. The caps in the title are only so others on the board will see it. I did read a portion of the article, will get to it later tonight. Was unable to really get much work done this week so I will be working hard today since I seem okay at the moment. As I said I caused myself diarrhea by taking too much and now I am back to being deficient. Right now I am trying to take very little at a time and spaced apart and I have thrown out the stupid GNC capsules. They immediately disolve and much of it does not get absorbed ergo the diarhhea. I have top notch vitamins I take, but the have trace amount of dextrose so I was trying to avoid them but I am back to taking them now since they are so high quality and have not given me a problem before. Vicious cycle this is. I was so scared yesterday I actually let me hubby make a dr appointment. That's when you know its bad. But I would put money on the fact that by Monday I will be better and the dr will not find anything, they never do.
