I'm thinking of trying candigest/ candigest plus to help battle my candida symptoms. I have tried nearly all antifungal preparations and just 1 capsule of anything (minimum dose) starts to hurt my liver.

I ahve heard that with candigest you can avoid the die off reactions that antifungals can give you...is that true?

I'm so frustrated, when I first battled candida a few years ago...I could take almost any antifunal at reasonable amounts. Not any more- the liver is having any of it.

I feel like giving up.
