Well, but don't forget that my doctor also said that there is NO SUCH THING as a healing reaction for candida. Everything I have read and experienced tells me otherwise. And so I will weigh and consider everything she says to see if it is correct or not, and not just take it on face value.

You don't have to be so beligerent in stating your positions. I am not a beligerent person in the least and I am open and consider all opinions. I do not simply dismiss the ones that are not favorable to me. The vast majority here says no fruit at all, while my dr says apples and blueberries are allowable. So I am not eating them today. No decision yet on after today, but I am taking it one day at a time. That's all I can do for now.
