oh and let me add that you could be making things much much worse. Things could eventually get so bad that you cannot even leave the house or work because you are that sick. Trust I lived it. If you do not erradicate it ,it will erradicate you. Can you afford to gamble like that. Espeically if you are taking any anifungals. You are basically training the yeast to be able to tolerate antifungals by feeding them. Some on this board can eat fruit, but they aren't having the symptoms you are having. You are feeding the yeast
