My doctor was more upset with me for not rotating foods than for anything else. If I were eating broccoli for breakfast lunch and dinner every day she would tell me I might as well just go off the diet.

By the way, I just started posting here this week, and already I have been branded a heretic and a rebel because my doctor said I can eat apples and blueberries. Not all fruit, mind you, just those two. And those two are the only ones I have been eating. I plan to weigh all comments and feedback, I am not being beligerent about it. I just need to stop and consider all input. But the climate here is not very welcoming to newcomers, who are just wading through all this information, I see.
