Nah, you see I had to lie down and my cheeks were warm and I think I had a temperature (but had nothing to record it). My cheeks are still warm and clammy now, i just wanted to make sure that by not puking I wasn't like retaining the germs and enabling them to perhaps regrow or something. But yeah I guess once they're dead they're just debris. Also now I feel better than before which is good but still not that great overall.
