Actually, I've been using the capsules. I use more than on the bottle. I started with the suggested dose for 2 days, then read somewhere that it takes 10 caps to equal 32 oz of tea, suggested for 4 days. So, I did that for four days 5 in AM, 5 in late afternoon. Since then I have been taking 6 a day, 3 and 3. For my daughter I had her do 4 and 4, then 2/2. Worked great.

I just tried my first dose of tea last night. Not bad.
